Summary
License plate for Danish registered embassy vehicles. This plate-design was introduced 1976 and introduced a new dimension (504x120mm).
This media is created with a picture of a real license plate containing the used characters. The characters has then been <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vectorization_(computer_graphics)" class="extiw" title="en:Vectorization (computer graphics)">auto-traced</a> using <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inkscape" class="extiw" title="en:Inkscape">Inkscape</a>. This combination of letters and numbers <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vehicle_registration_plates_of_Denmark" class="extiw" title="en:Vehicle registration plates of Denmark">is impossible</a> in reality and thus safe to use on Wikipedia. In reality the dark blue border is the same colour as the rest of the plate; it's simply made darker on this drawing, to show that it is there.
