Summary

<a href="//commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Cathedral_Gorge_State_Park" title="Category:Cathedral Gorge State Park">Cathedral Gorge State Park</a> — about 80 miles south of Great Basin National Park in eastern <a href="//commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Nevada" title="Nevada">Nevada</a> and 80 miles west of Cedar City, Utah.

  • Cathedral Gorge was formed by lake that dried up many years ago and wind and rain carved out the canyon.
  • It is a little out of the way but well worth a detour. I took this photo on a snowy, cold day in October 2008.
