After closure of the chapter the building was purchased by a private party, renovated as a coffee house and boarding house. As of 2015 a portion of the building is leased by Kappa Pi Alpha (ΚΠΑ) Christian fraternity. Theta Chi returned to the campus in 2013 and leases at an alternative location.
