Theebine is a small town in the Australian state of Queensland. The town is located in the Gympie Region local government area, 204 kilometres (127 mi) north of the state capital, Brisbane.
The town was originally established to service the railway junction where the Kingaroy line branched from the North Coast railway line. The town is best known for the Theebine Hotel, a tourist attraction. The pub, now restored, was first built in the year 1909.[1]
