Lasta (Serbian: Ласта, full legal name: Saobraćajno preduzeće Lasta a.d. Beograd) is one of the largest bus companies in Serbia and Southeastern Europe. It is part of the pan-European Eurolines network[2] and operates bus coaches on a comprehensive network of routes throughout Serbia and Europe. The logo of this largest Serbian bus company is written either in Cyrillic or in Latin script.

History

In February 1947, Yugoslav government established the company under the name Lasta. The company's first day of operation was on April 1, 1947.[3] Only in 2006 did Lasta begin city transit operations in Belgrade to compliment its intercity services.[4]
