Luyksgestel (Dutch pronunciation: [ˈlœy̯ks.ˌɣɛ.stəl]) is a village in the Dutch province of North Brabant. It is located in the municipality of Bergeijk.
Luyksgestel was a part of the Southern Netherlands (the present Belgium) for a long time. Until 1819, it belonged to the province of Antwerp, and only then it was transferred to North Brabant. Luyksgestel was a separate municipality until 1997, when it became part of Bergeyk.[1]
