The 2023 IIHF Women's World Championship Division II comprised two international ice hockey tournaments of the 2023 Women's Ice Hockey World Championships organised by the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF).

The Group A tournament was played in Mexico City, Mexico from 2 to 7 April, and the Group B tournament in Cape Town, South Africa, from 20 to 26 February 2023.[1]

Latvia won Group A and got promoted and North Korea got relegated after withdrawing. Belgium won the Group B tournament and got promoted, while Croatia got relegated.[2]
