Algiers putsch of 1961

André Zeller (1 January 1898 – 18 September 1979) was a French Army general, one of the four generals who organized the Algiers putsch of 1961. He was sentenced to fifteen years in prison for his part in the putsch, but he was granted an amnesty in 1968.
