Cassoulet being made in a cassole

Lua error in package.lua at line 80: module 'strict' not found. A cassole (Occitan: caçòla) is a conical earthenware container, glazed inside. The name originates from the French form of the Occitan word caçòla and is the origin of the famous French casserole dish called cassoulet. Cassoles are still made in the traditional way at Issel, near Castelnaudary.
