Charger Stadium (formally known at Chantilly Field) is an 8,500 seat football & soccer stadium located in Chantilly, Virginia and affiliated with Chantilly High School. The stadium hosted the 1995 Virginia State Football Championship game. In 2011 the field underwent a major renovation, they removed the former Bermuda Grass surface and replaced it with AstroTurf GameDay Grass MT. The new field was a major change for Chantilly due to limited field space. Recently, the AstroTurf has been falling apart, according to Chantilly High School's Newspaper, The Purple Tide.
