Cooch Behar II (community development block) is an administrative division in Cooch Behar Sadar subdivision of Cooch Behar district in the Indian state of West Bengal. Koch Bihar police station serves this block. Headquarters of this block is at Pundibari. There is one census town in this block: Khagrabari.[1][2]

As per 2011 Census of India Cooch Behar II CD Block had a total population of 343,901, of which 289,917 were rural and 53,984 were urban. There were 179,591 males and 164,310 females. Scheduled Castes numbered 154,656 and Scheduled Tribes numbered 3,429.[4]

Lliteracy

As per 2011 census the total number of literates in Cooch Behar II CD Block was 248,311, out of which 138,097 were males and 110,214 were females.[4]
