Crunomys is a genus of rodent in the family Muridae. It contains the following species:
- Celebes shrew rat (Crunomys celebensis)
- Northern Luzon shrew rat (Crunomys fallax)
- Mindanao shrew rat (Crunomys melanius)
- Katanglad shrew mouse (Crunomys suncoides)
