Damnice is a village and municipality (obec) in Znojmo District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 7.99 square kilometres (3.08 sq mi), and has a population of 333 (as at 3 July 2006).

Damnice lies approximately 26 kilometres (16 mi) east of Znojmo, 37 km (23 mi) south-west of Brno, and 192 km (119 mi) south-east of Prague.
