Despertar contigo, is an upcoming Mexican telenovela produced by Pedro Damián for Televisa.[1] It is a free version of the Colombian telenovela, Pobre Pablo.[2] It is scheduled to premiere on August 8, 2016.[3] The series will star Daniel Arenas as Pablo and Ela Velden as Maya.[4]

Production

Production of the telenovela starts on May 16, 2016 in Mexico City, then 23 they recorded in Vallarta, Sayulita and then return to Mexico.[5] The main theme song of the telenovela will "Amo despertar contigo" performed by Maluma.[6]
