Edward Jay Jenkins (born August 31, 1950 in Jacksonville, Florida) is a former American football wide receiver in the National Football League for the Miami Dolphins, the Buffalo Bills, the New England Patriots, and the New York Giants. He played college football at the College of the Holy Cross and was drafted in the eleventh round of the 1972 NFL Draft.
