Frank Hoste (born 29 August 1955 in Ghent) is a retired Belgian racing cyclist, who won the points classification in the Tour de France in 1984. Hoste was a professional cyclist from 1977 to 1991, then he started a bicycle factory. He competed in the individual road race and team time trial events at the 1976 Summer Olympics.[1]
