Connecting transit

Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) provides commuter service on the express line 140 from Fremont BART station and Milpitas to Mission College.[1] There is also a limited service route 330 linking San Jose's Almaden Valley and the city of Campbell with Santa Clara and Milpitas.[2] Line 59 previously served this station but was discontinued on January 14, 2008 as a result a reorganization of VTA bus service.[3] AC Transit line 217 formerly served this station but this service was discontinued because this line serves as a link between Fremont BART station and the VTA light rail system and in 2005 the rail line was extended to the city of Milpitas at Great Mall and beyond, thus the 217 was truncated to a new terminus there.

Altamont Commuter Express offers an employer shuttle to this area from the nearby Santa Clara – Great America Station.

San Joaquin Regional Transit District (SMART) line 177 brings in commuters from Tracy/Naglee P&R, Manteca, and Stockton with intermediate stops in San Jose and Milpitas.[4]
