HD 16152 is a white main-sequence star located approximately 431 light years away, in the constellation Cetus. Its apparent magnitude is 7.12. HD 16152 lies almost directly in front of the spiral galaxy NGC 988, and therefore makes any visual observation of NGC 988 much more difficult due to its glare.
