Hal Ritson (Henry Ritson) is a British musician and record producer. He is an instrumental performer, singer, writer or producer on over 400 records, primarily in dance, electronic and hiphop genres [1], including tracks by Dizzee Rascal,[1] Sugababes, Nas,[2] Black Eyed Peas,[3] Jessie J,[4] Iggy Azalea,[5] Duke Dumont,[6] Avicii,[7] Ludacris,[8] Lil Wayne, Sigma,[9] Rizzle Kicks,[10] Chemical Brothers,[11] Cee Lo Green and David Guetta[2] and singing the lead vocals on the international hit single 'Tell Me Why' by Supermode[3].
Ritson is co-writer and co-producer of Katy Perry's 2015 Christmas song "Every Day Is A Holiday"[12] together with Duke Dumont.
He was Musical Director for Dizzee Rascal's 2009 performance at the BBC Electric Proms [4][5] and subsequently went on to lead and play in Dizzee's live band.
As a featured artist he heads up the electronic music collective The Young Punx.[13]
Ritson is also owner of MofoHifi Records and a board director of the Featured Artists' Coalition.[14]
