Heukimjajuk
From Infogalactic: the planetary knowledge core
Heukimjajuk (hangul: 흑임자죽, 깨죽; hanja: 黑荏子粥; black sesame and rice porridge) is a juk made of ground black sesame seeds and rice. Heukimja means black sesame. Heukimjajuk has a unique flavor, and since it is a high calorie food and easy to digest, it is usually eaten to aid the body in repairing itself after an illness. While its main ingredient is typically black sesame, occasionally white sesame is used instead, though it is still referred to as heukimjajuk.[1]
Also, the Hwarang of Silla ate heukimjajuk as a health food.[1]
