Ho Ho Lun (born July 19, 1987)(a.k.a. Hoholun, 何顥麟) is a Hong Kong professional wrestler. He is the founder of Hong Kong Pro-Wrestling Federation. Through rich experiences performing in Hong Kong, Japan, China, Taiwan, Singapore and Europe, Ho Ho Lun is announced to participate in WWE Global Cruiserweight Series.[1]

Professional wrestling career

Pre-Debut

Ho Ho Lun grew up as a big fan of professional wrestling. Being influenced by the World Wrestling Federation and New Japan Pro Wrestling, he aspired to become a professional wrestler. In 2007, his professional wrestling career begun after relocating to Guangzhou, China and joined CWE.

Wrestling Live in Hong Kong

Travelling back and forth Guangzhou and Hong Kong for every week after 2 years, Ho decided to open a wrestling gym in Hong Kong as well. He founded Wrestling Live in Hong Kong and launched a gym in Shatin, Hong Kong, where he and other Hong Kong wrestlers trained. Famous wrestlers include Jason Lee, Ladybeard, and Bit Man. They had their first show on 6 June 2009 and that was the starting point of Hong Kong wrestling. In 2012, he challenged Jason Lee for the AWGC Junior Heavyweight Championship but fell short. In 2015, he formed a new stable call Outer Space with fellow Hong Kong wrestlers Jeff Man, Kevin Man, Ham Sap Chan and Beijing wrestler Gao Yuan.

European Independent Circle

Ho Ho Lun traveled first time to the United Kingdom in 2010, training with 4FW. In 2011 he travelled again to the UK, this time staying for 6 months. During the time he wrestled for 4FW, TXW, PWL and other independent promotions. The most notable match of his 2011 tour include a BWE Championship match in Essex. In 2013, Ho Ho Lun return to the UK again and wrestled in a various amount of promotions, including Attack Pro Wrestling and Fight Club Pro. He also wrestled in Spanish and Portugese shows during his tour. In 2015, he returned for a short 2 week tour for CTW in Portugal and Pride Pro Wrestling in England.

Touring in Japan

Ho Ho Lun's first Japanese event was in 2012 in which he participated in the Tenkaichi Jr Tournament of Pro Wrestling Zero 1, although being eliminated in the first round by Irish wrestler Sean Guinness. He returned to ZERO1 again in 2014 for a few North-Eastern Japan dates, as well as wrestling for Michinoku Pro Wrestling. In 2016, he had an one-off tour in Yokohama, Japan for Land's End Pro Wrestling.

Touring in Asia (other than Japan)

Ho Ho Lun's first match outside Hong Kong was in 2010, wrestling for TWT in Taipei. From there, he wrestled for many other companies in Taiwan include IWL and NTW. He challenged for the NTW Tag Team title a few times. In 2014 and 2015, Ho Ho Lun toured in Chongqing, China for Crazy League Pro Wrestling. He is also a regular roster member of Dongguan wrestling gym CWE. Ho Ho Lun has also been wrestling in Singapore since 2012 and makes regular appearances. He challenged Andruew Tang for his SEA Title in 2015. He is also a regular roster member for Wrestling City Asia.

Ho Ho Lun is announced to participate in WWE Global Cruiserweight Series.
