Lua error in package.lua at line 80: module 'strict' not found. The Iron are a subgroup of the Ossetians. They speak Iron dialect, one of the two main dialects of the Ossetian language. The majority of Irons are Eastern Orthodox with Muslim minority. Their endonym is etymologically related to the other Iranian designations like Irani and Alani, and English Aryan (from Sanskrit ārya ('noble')).
