The Minister of European Affairs (Italian: Ministro per gli Affari Europeicode: it is deprecated ) in Italy is one of the positions in the Italian government, head of the Department for European Politics.

The latest Minister of European Affairs is Vincenzo Amendola, of the Democratic Party, who served from 5 September 2019 until 13 February 2021. On 24 February 2020, Amendola was appointed undersecretary of state, delegated to European Affairs, by Prime Minister Mario Draghi.
