James Richard "Jim" Poole (born April 28, 1966 in Rochester, New York) is a former pitcher in Major League Baseball who played as a relief pitcher from 1990 through 2000.

He was the losing pitcher for the Cleveland Indians in Game 6 of the 1995 World Series.
