Joris van Overeem (born 1 June 1994) is a Dutch footballer who plays as a midfielder for AZ in the Dutch Eredivisie. He formerly played on loan for FC Dordrecht.

Career

van Overeem is born in Amsterdam and joined AZ in 2006. At 30 October 2013, he made his professional debut for AZ in the KNVB Cup against Achilles '29. He replaced Jeffrey Gouweleeuw after 69 minutes and scored a goal in the 88th minute.
