Kyger Creek Power Plant

Kyger Creek Power Plant is a 1-Gigawatt coal-fired power station at Cheshire, Ohio, USA operated by the Ohio Valley Electric Corporation. Launched into service in 1955,[1] the plant is located just 2.5 kilometres (1.6 mi) downstream along the Ohio River from a much larger, newer coal-fired Gavin Power Plant. It has one of the tallest chimneys in the world at Lua error in Module:Convert at line 1851: attempt to index local 'en_value' (a nil value)., built in 1980.
