league is divided according to the Lebanese mohafazas, namely Beirut, North Lebanon, South Lebanon, Mount Lebanon and Bekaa. The champions qualify to the Lebanese Fourth Division. The 30 tems are divided into 4 groups:
- Beirut & Mount Lebanon group is formed by 12 teams(6+6)
- North group is formed by 4 teams
- South group is formed by 8 teams
- Bekaa group is formed by 6 teams
