Diego, or better known as Lil Xan was born on September 6, 1996 and grew up in Redlands, California. He is 21 years old and gained recognition through platforms such as Soundcloud where he has over 100 000 followers and YouTube. Lil Xan blew up after he released his music video to the song "Betrayed" in August 2017 which has more than 27 million views[1] and over 12 million streams on Spotify. He is also well known from his other songs "Slingshot", "Xanarchy", "Been Bout It" and "Who Are You". Lil Xan is also considered to be a figure of the "Soundcloud rap" since he got his fame from Soundcloud as an unsigned artist. Xan collaborates with $teven Cannon and Aris Ray, and they are all associated with Low Gang collective.[2] Xan has emerged on Billboards Emerging Artists list and peaked at no. 36.[3]
