Oleg Antonovich Mikulchik (born June 27, 1964 in Minsk, Byelorussian SSR, Soviet Union) is a Belarusian former professional ice hockey played in the National Hockey League for the Winnipeg Jets and the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim. Mikulchik played 37 regular season games, scoring 3 assists and collecting 37 penalty minutes. He represented the Soviet Union at the 1984 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships and Belarus at several World Championships and at the 2002 Olympics.
