Otto Frenzel

Otto N. Frenzel was a National Hockey League co-owner and treasurer of the Pittsburgh Penguins from 1975 until 1977. He was a graduate of University of Pennsylvania and made his fortune as chairman of an Indianapolis, Indiana based bank. [1]
