Oxymeris dimidiata, common name : the Orange Auger, is a species of sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Terebridae, the auger snails.[1]
Description
The shell size varies between 55 mm and 165 mm. Lua error in package.lua at line 80: module 'strict' not found.
Distribution
This species is distributed in the Red Sea and in the Indian Ocean along Aldabra, Chagos, Madagascar, the Mascerene Basin, Mauritius, Mozambique, KwaZulu (South Africa) and Tanzania; in the Pacific Ocean along Hawaii.
