Patterson is an unincorporated community in Harvey County, Kansas, United States.[1] The community was located along a railroad line between Burrton and Bentley, but the track was later abandoned and removed.[2]
A post office was opened in Patterson in 1888, and remained in operation until it was discontinued in 1927.[3]
