Pierre Elliott Trudeau Elementary School is a public elementary school in Vancouver, British Columbia part of School District 39 Vancouver. Enrolling 350 students from Kindergarten through Grade Seven, approximately half the students speak Punjabi at home.

History

The school was named for Pierre Elliott Trudeau, the twentieth Prime Minister of Canada. The original school, the North Arm School, was founded in 1885. In 1912, when the first Walter Moberly Elementary School was constructed at Ross Street and East 12th Avenue, the original two-room school became the Walter Moberly Annex, serving K-4.

The new school opened in September 2002, adding grades 4 through 7 to the school.
