The Pine Meadow Historic District is a historic district in the town of New Hartford, in Litchfield County, Connecticut. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1996.[1] It encompasses most of the historic 19th-century village of Pine Meadow, extending along Main Street (United States Route 44) between Wicket and Church Streets, and including properties on both of those streets. The village grew as a rural industrial center, powered by the adjacent Farmington River, and declined in the 20th century, leaving a high-quality collection of 19th-century architecture.[2]
