Praise the Lord (TV program)
Praise the Lord is a 2-hour (some are up to 4 hours long, e.g. June 22, 1981) program, currently hosted regularly by Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) president Matt Crouch and his wife Laurie, with occasional guest hosts on some editions. Originally hosted by TBN founders Paul and Jan Crouch, and later by Paul Crouch Jr., it features a mix of interviews with celebrities and other performers discussing faith-based topics and their personal relationship with faith, and music performances from various gospel and contemporary Christian artists.
The Praise the Lord format is franchised to TBN owned-and-operated stations and affiliates, which air 90-minute local versions of the program two to three times per week in morning time slots, to fulfill public affairs content guidelines.
Theme music
The current Praise the Lord theme music was composed and arranged by Rich Cook, there are 2 versions of the theme song, one has the opening theme which plays a European orchestra with 3 different versions and one has the closing theme with an instrumental bed was played by a sax solo at the end.[1][2]
