Quarry is an upcoming American television series based on the novels of Max Allan Collins. An eight-episode first season will air on Cinemax in 2016.[1] The series was created for television by Graham Gordy & Michael D. Fuller and will be directed by Greg Yaitanes. Most of the episodes were written by the creators, Gordy and Fuller, except for episodes 4, written by Jennifer Schuur and episode 5, written by Max Allan Collins (the writer of the book). While the series' main setting is Memphis, it will be filmed in both Memphis and New Orleans.[1]
