Roger Victor LaFrancois (born August 2, 1956 in Norwich, Connecticut) is a former Major League Baseball backup catcher who played for the Boston Red Sox in 1982. Listed at 6' 2", 215 lb., he batted left-handed and threw right-handed.
In an eight-game career, LaFrancois was a .400 hitter (4-for-10) with one RBI, one run, one [[double (baseball)|double]], and a .500 slugging percentage. LaFrancois has coached with the independent league Worcester Tornadoes.
As of 2010, LaFrancois is serving as the hitting coach for the Johnson City Cardinals.
