Rumen Tsvetanov Trifonov (Bulgarian: Румен Цветанов Трифонов; born 21 February 1985 in Kozloduy) is a Bulgarian footballer, who currently plays as a defender for Miedź Legnica.

Trifonov earned his first call-up to the Bulgaria national side in March 2011 for the Euro 2012 qualifier against Switzerland and the friendly match versus Cyprus, but did not feature in these games.

On 13 December, he was arrested for illegal betting.
