Stanley Anthony Stanczyk (May 10, 1925 - July 3, 1997) was an American weightlifter and Olympic champion. Stanczyk was born in Detroit, Michigan.[1]
He won a gold medal at the 1948 Summer Olympics in London.[2]
In 1991, Stanley Stanczyk was inducted into the National Polish American Sports Hall of Fame.[1]
