"Survivors" is an episode from the first season of the science fiction television series Babylon 5.
Synopsis
Garibaldi's past catches up with him as he is framed in an attempt to sabotage a visit by the Earth Alliance President Luis Santiago.
Arc significance
- Garibaldi is shown to have suffered alcoholism in the past and is vulnerable to being pushed back into it.
- The Homeguard shows up again.
- There is an attempt on President Santiago's life, showing that he has made enemies who wish to see him dead.
Production details
- "Survivors" was originally titled "A Knife in the Shadows."
- The character of General Netter, played by Rod Perry, is a reference to Babylon 5 executive producer Douglas Netter.
