Timothy Francis Clement-Jones, Baron Clement-Jones CBE, (born 26 October 1949) is a Liberal Democrat Peer and their spokesman for Culture, Media and Sport in the House of Lords.

Political career
He was Liberal Democrat spokesman on health. He was Chairman of the Liberal Party 1986-1988. He was Chairman Liberal Democrat Finance Committee 1991-1998.
He was awarded a CBE in 1988. On 17 July 1998, he was created a life peer as Baron Clement-Jones, of Clapham in the London Borough of Lambeth.
Business and charitable career
He was dmitted as a solicitor 1974, worked as a corporate lawyer and was head of legal services LWT 1980-1983. He was legal director Grand Metropolitan Retailing 1984-1989. He was Group Co Secretary Woolworths Ltd, later Kingfisher plc 1986-1995. He became Trustee and director Cancer BACUP in 1986-. He was Chairman Crime Concern 1991-1995.
He served as President of Ambitious about Autism (and previously Chair of Trustees for seven years).[1]
He became Chairman Dibb Lipton Alsop 1999-, and Chairman Environmental Context Ltd 1997-. He has been a member of the UCL Council since 2012.[2] He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
Family and education
He is the son of Maurice Llewelyn Clement-Jones and (Margaret) Jean, née Hudson. Educated Haileybury and Imperial Service College and Trinity College, Cambridge (economics). Married first 1973 Vicky Veronica Yip[3] (died 1987), daughter of the late Hong Kong-based Indonesian-born Dutch millionaire Teddy Yip. Married second 1994 Jean Roberta Whiteside. One son.
