Xshell is a commercial SSH, Telnet client and Terminal Emulator by NetSarang Computer, Inc.
History
Xshell is a GUI-based SSH, Telnet client and Terminal emulator released in 2002.
- May, 2005: Official release of Version 2.
- June, 2008: Official release of Version 3. Free version of Xshell is provided for home and school users.
- May, 2010: Official release of Xshell 4.
- November, 2014: Official release of Xshell 5.
License
A free license for home and school use is available. The free version is utilized internationally in schools and universities.[1]
